JustBe Skin Line, Inc. Shipping Information & Policy
 
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Custom made products may take up to 2 weeks to ship depending on ingredient availability. Estimated time of arrival may be established at time of order. Shipments will be sent via US Postal Service, Priority Mail, 3 day delivery for domestic destinations. Alternative shipping services may be available per special request. Due to high shipping costs, international orders will be shipped via the most cost effective carrier. JustBe is committed to providing the best shipping value for our customers. An email notification will be sent when your order has been shipped.
 
Return Policy
 
JustBe wants you to be 100% satisfied with your products. Returns and exchanges may be made within 2 weeks from date of shipment. Customer is obligated to contact JustBe via phone or email immediately upon decision to return the product. Upon receipt of item(s), JustBe will issue a refund for the product only. Customer shall bear all additional shipping costs. Items to be returned must be received within 15 days of the original shipment in order to qualify for full refund. Payment Options JustBe accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER AND PAYPAL. All international orders will be billed via PayPal invoice. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.
